Heat exchanger manufacturer: Pre-start checks for boiler auxiliary equipment

  (1) After overhaul boiler auxiliary equipment The equipment must undergo interlock testing and pass the test run before being put into operation. Before starting the auxiliary equipment, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out to confirm that the starting conditions are met before it can be started. Standby auxiliary equipment should be in a state where it can be started at any time.

  (2) After the on-site inspection and repair work is completed, debris around the equipment should be cleaned up. The equipment should be intact, all doors and holes should be tightly closed, the foundation bolts and connecting bolts should be tightened, the connection with the system should be complete, the guards of the rotating parts should be intact, and the work permit should be terminated.

  (3) Check boiler auxiliary equipment that the equipment and system instruments are complete and restored to the operating state. Perform a comprehensive check of the system and fill the relevant oil, water systems and pump bodies with oil and water, and drain the remaining water.

  (4) All auxiliary equipment that can be manually rotated should be rotated to confirm that the rotor rotates flexibly and without jamming. Check that there is an appropriate amount of sealing water flow at the sealing parts of the relevant equipment (pump), and supply cooling water to the relevant equipment.

  (5) The motor wiring and grounding wire are good, and the insulation is measured according to the regulations and qualified. If the motor has been overhauled, it should be tested separately and normally before it can be connected to the auxiliary equipment.

  (6) The control circuits, automatic devices, thermal interlock protection, and mechanical and pneumatic devices of the valves in various auxiliary systems should be pre-verified and qualified according to their respective regulations.

  (7) Auxiliary equipment equipped with forced circulation lubrication oil system and hydraulic oil control oil system should start the oil system 2 hours in advance in winter when the unit is shut down for a long time.

  (8) After the pre-start inspection of the auxiliary equipment is completed and the starting conditions are met, supply all power and control power.
