Boiler auxiliary equipment Mainly includes: fans, air preheaters, coal mills, coal feeders, pulverized coal feeders, etc. Here is an introduction to the types and functions of fans:
Fans are the main auxiliary equipment for boilers. According to different uses, they can be divided into induced draft fans, forced draft fans, primary air fans and powder removal fans.
Function of fans:
1. The forced draft fan is used to ensure the supply of air required for boiler combustion. Because the medium transported is cold air, and it contains very little fly ash, there are no special requirements for the structure of the forced draft fan. As long as the fan output can meet the boiler load demand.
2. The induced draft fan is used to draw out the flue gas generated by the combustion of fuel in the furnace and exhaust it into the atmosphere through the chimney. Because the high-temperature (150-200 degrees) flue gas containing ash particles and other impurities passes through the induced draft fan, measures such as blade and shell wear resistance and bearing cooling should be adopted, and good airtightness should be ensured.
3. The powder removal fan transports the pulverized coal to the powder warehouse or directly into the furnace for combustion. Because the pulverized coal-air mixture flows through the powder removal fan, the fan impeller and casing are easily worn, so wear-resistant or easily replaceable parts must be used.
Types of fans:
Fans are divided into two categories according to their working characteristics: centrifugal and axial flow. Centrifugal fans can be divided into single-suction or double-suction types according to the number of suction ports. Axial flow fans are divided into static blade adjustment type and dynamic blade adjustment type according to the adjustment method of blade opening.

Heat Exchanger Unit Manufacturer: Characteristics of Boiler Auxiliary Equipment
Boiler auxiliary equipment actually refers to a complete set of equipment for a boiler. This is a relatively general concept, including induced draft fans, fans, pulverizers, coal feeders, slag removal machinery, etc. Next, we will introduce the characteristics of boiler auxiliary equipment one by one to help you better understand boiler auxiliary equipment.
Heat exchanger manufacturer: Burners in boiler auxiliary equipment
Burners are among the auxiliary equipment of boilers. A burner includes an ignition system, an air supply system, a monitoring system, a fuel system, an electrical control system, etc. The air supply system sends a certain amount of air into the combustion chamber. Its main components include a fan, impeller, casing, motor, damper controller, diffuser, etc. This article will introduce the burner in boiler auxiliary equipment in detail, helping you better understand its performance and structure.
