How to select a plate heat exchanger?

Plate heat exchanger Making full use of the temperature difference between wastewater and the environment to obtain thermal energy has huge energy resources. Due to the particularity of wastewater, it is easy to worsen the operating conditions of the heat pump, especially the operating conditions of the wastewater treatment equipment. After wastewater enters the plate heat exchanger, due to the complex composition of wastewater, the surface of the plate heat exchanger is scaled and blocked. These phenomena will reduce the heat transfer efficiency, increase the flow resistance, and shorten the service life.

The composition of wastewater in urban wastewater treatment projects is complex, and the impurity content is high. Considering Plate heat exchanger corrosion and scaling, alloy plate heat exchangers with corrosion resistance, long service life, and easy cleaning are preferred. According to the wastewater quality standards of the wastewater treatment plant, reclaimed water or the water quality of the plate heat exchanger outlet can meet the standards.

Plate heat exchanger Selection:

1. The plate heat exchanger should be determined according to the actual needs of the heat exchange occasion. For situations with large flow rate and small allowable pressure drop, low-resistance plates should be selected. Conversely, high-resistance plates should be selected. According to the different fluid pressure and temperature, detachable or brazed types should be selected, and plate types should not be selected to avoid too many plates, low inter-plate speed, and low heat transfer coefficient. For larger plate heat exchangers, this issue should be given more attention.

2. Pressure drop check: Plate heat exchanger In the design and selection, there are certain requirements for the pressure drop, and a check should be carried out. If the checked pressure drop exceeds the allowable pressure drop, the design and selection calculation should be re-performed until the process requirements are met.

3. Process and flow path selection: A group of parallel channels in a plate heat exchanger with the same flow direction of one medium, the flow path refers to the medium flow path formed by two adjacent plates in the plate heat exchanger. Generally, multiple flow paths are connected in parallel or series to form different combinations of cold and hot medium channels.

4. Thermal energy: Plate heat exchanger The thermal power cannot be too high or too low, both too high and too low will affect our use.

Heat Exchanger Unit Manufacturer: Characteristics of Boiler Auxiliary Equipment

Boiler auxiliary equipment actually refers to a complete set of equipment for a boiler. This is a relatively general concept, including induced draft fans, fans, pulverizers, coal feeders, slag removal machinery, etc. Next, we will introduce the characteristics of boiler auxiliary equipment one by one to help you better understand boiler auxiliary equipment.

Heat exchanger manufacturer: Burners in boiler auxiliary equipment

Burners are among the auxiliary equipment of boilers. A burner includes an ignition system, an air supply system, a monitoring system, a fuel system, an electrical control system, etc. The air supply system sends a certain amount of air into the combustion chamber. Its main components include a fan, impeller, casing, motor, damper controller, diffuser, etc. This article will introduce the burner in boiler auxiliary equipment in detail, helping you better understand its performance and structure.
