2 Fluids that are prone to clogging flow channels are not suitable for heat exchange. Because the gap between the plates of the heat exchanger is small, generally 3 to 5 mm, so if there are relatively large solid particles or other fibrous impurities in the heat transfer fluid, it will easily cause flow channel blockage problems.

3 In 2.5MPa It is not suitable to use a plate heat exchanger under standard pressure. The heat exchanger is sealed by a gasket. The perimeter of the seal is long, and the support condition of the two seals at the corner holes is poor, and the gasket cannot get sufficient clamping force, so the maximum operating pressure of the plate heat exchanger is only 2.5MPa ; when the single plate area is above 1m2 the standard pressure is often lower than 2.5MPa。
4 In daily use, plate heat exchangers need to be regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure long-term use.
