1. The heat exchanger unit malfunction indicator light is on, that is, the yellow indicator light on the control cabinet is on. What should I do?
The malfunction indicator light indicates that the corresponding water pump is overloaded, and the current of the motor exceeds the rated current. The thermal relay plays a protective role. The solution is to press the reset button on the thermal relay to reset it. Note that the thermal relay needs to be cooled before it can be reset; otherwise, the reset will be invalid.
2. Heat exchanger unit The operating system is burdened, and the pressure gauge shows 0. What happened?
If the needle valve of the pressure gauge is closed, the pressure gauge will always show 0. During the operation of the operating system, ensure that all the needle valves of the pressure gauges are open.
3. What about the pressure on the secondary side? How to withstand the pressure? How to prevent excessive pressure in the secondary system of the heat exchanger unit?
When the system is initially running, the temperature on the secondary side is relatively low. After the supplementary water reaches the set pressure value, as the temperature continuously increases, the pressure of the secondary system will also increase accordingly. At this time, more waste gas should be discharged first, and then discharged. Open the drain valve of the secondary return water pipe, and after the system temperature stabilizes, the pressure will not increase further.
4. How to judge Heat exchanger unit Whether the filter system is clogged?
If the temperature difference between the primary supply and return water is large, the high-temperature water is more than 45 degrees, and the low-temperature water is more than 30 degrees, and the secondary water supply equipment is not hot, please check whether the primary supply and return water is clogged.
If the temperature difference between the secondary supply water and the secondary return water is large, the underfloor heating temperature difference exceeds 15 degrees, the radiator heating temperature difference exceeds 30 degrees, and the temperature difference is very small, please check whether the secondary return water is blocked.
5. How to distinguish whether the heat exchanger of the heat exchanger unit is blocked?
If the pressure of the primary supply and return water or the inlet and outlet pressure of the secondary supply water is greater than or equal to 0.05 MPa, and the secondary water supply tank is not hot, please check whether the heating equipment is blocked. The inspection method is to disassemble and clean the heating equipment.
What is the reason why the switching unit system is not hot?

If the user feels that the water supply temperature is too high and the room is too hot, a better method is to close the side water supply valve once. Please note that the side water supply valve must be closed once, and the return water valve is fully open.
