Due to the high heat transfer coefficient of plate heat exchangers, after heat transfer flow in the heat exchanger, the temperature difference between the primary and secondary hot water in the heat exchanger is very small, sometimes the temperature difference can be close to 1 ~ 3 °, This can significantly improve thermal efficiency and the economic viability of heat exchange equipment. 2、 Low heat loss. Since the edges and gaskets of the plates are exposed to the atmosphere, the heat loss is very small, generally around 1% and no insulation measures are required. With the same heat transfer area, the heat transfer loss of the plate heat exchanger is only 5 one and weighs less than half that of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. 3、 Strong adaptability. On the one hand, when assembling the heat exchanger, the number of heat transfer plates can be easily increased or decreased according to production and process requirements, and the heat transfer plates can be rearranged and the process combination reselected. On the other hand, adaptability is also reflected in its use. Plate heat exchangers are widely used. Currently, they are widely used in many engineering fields such as chemical engineering, machinery, cement, petroleum, power, and hot water heating. They are specifically used for heating, cooling, evaporation, condensation, and waste heat recovery processes, with the application aiming to achieve heat exchange between media in the plate heat exchanger. 4、 Flexible operation and easy maintenance. The heat transfer plates and movable pressure plates are hung on the beams of the machine, and rolling devices are provided above the pressure plates for easy opening of the equipment for cleaning and removal of a plate for inspection or gasket replacement.
