Before raw water enters the reverse osmosis membrane system, first remove all abnormal substances remaining in the pretreatment equipment that may flow out with the water supply, and then conduct a trial run. Let's learn more about it below. Reverse Osmosis Equipment Trial Run Details!
1. Check if all valves in the equipment (system) are in the correct state. In large-scale reverse osmosis equipment, first check if the electric control valves configured in the equipment can automatically open and close according to the program, especially whether the raw water pressure regulating valve and concentrate water regulating valve are fully open.
2. When the system has a raw water supply pump supplying water to the reverse osmosis equipment, first use low pressure and low flow to vent and clean the reverse osmosis equipment. During this operation, the operating pressure of the system should be controlled at about 30~60 psi, and the flow rate should reach the recommended operating flow rate during chemical cleaning. The produced water and concentrate water are discharged at this time. When the system does not have a separately installed water pump, the raw water low-pressure cleaning can be used to remove the chemical reagents and air inside the membrane. The cleaning time should be controlled at 10~30 minutes. The concentrate water pressure regulating valve and the discharge valve connected to the concentrate water outlet are fully open. During this process, please check the piping connection status of the equipment and whether the valves are leaking.
3. For small reverse osmosis systems that do not use a water supply electric slow-opening valve, large Reverse Osmosis Equipment The raw water inlet electric slow-start valve should be automatically started according to the program at the same time as the reverse osmosis high-pressure pump starts. Please start the high-pressure pump with the pressure regulating valve for raw water entering the pressure vessel slightly opened.
4. After the reverse osmosis high-pressure pump starts working, slowly open the raw water pressure regulating valve (that is, the electric slow-start valve set on large equipment). The control speed of the pressure increase of the reverse osmosis equipment or the opening speed of the electric slow-start valve is controlled within the increment range of 4.0~6.0 kgf/cm2 per minute, gradually increasing the raw water pressure. After the product water flow rate basically reaches the design value, gradually adjust the concentrate water regulating valve to make the system's water recovery rate reach the design value. During the adjustment, pay attention to the system's water recovery rate, operating pressure, and membrane element pressure drop should not exceed the design limit.
5. After the preliminary adjustment of the reverse osmosis equipment system, recalculate the system's operating water recovery rate and compare it with the system's design value to identify the cause.
6. Re-confirm Reverse Osmosis Equipment Whether the amount of various chemicals injected is appropriate.
7. By measuring the conductivity, inlet pH value, hardness, and alkalinity of the raw water, various production waters, and total effluent, judge whether fouling occurs in the reverse osmosis system under the specified system water recovery rate, and calculate the concentrate water flow rate under this operating condition.
8. After running for about 1~2 hours, start recording all operating data and reconfirm if there are any other problems with the system.
Notes on shutting down reverse osmosis equipment. The typical system shutdown steps are as follows:
1. Slowly close the water supply control valve; slowly open the concentrate water flow control valve to maintain the designed concentrate water flow rate;
2. When the discharge flow rate of the high-pressure pump drops to a low flow rate, stop the high-pressure pump;
3. Adjust the status of the pretreatment dosing device;
4. Use pre-treated qualified water supply or aquatic products to perform low-pressure cleaning of the system to completely remove brine from the pressure vessel (at this time, the conductivity of the concentrate water = the conductivity of the cleaning water);
5. After cleaning, close the concentrate water valve and production water valve;

Heat Exchanger Unit Manufacturer: Characteristics of Boiler Auxiliary Equipment
Boiler auxiliary equipment actually refers to a complete set of equipment for a boiler. This is a relatively general concept, including induced draft fans, fans, pulverizers, coal feeders, slag removal machinery, etc. Next, we will introduce the characteristics of boiler auxiliary equipment one by one to help you better understand boiler auxiliary equipment.
Heat exchanger manufacturer: Burners in boiler auxiliary equipment
Burners are among the auxiliary equipment of boilers. A burner includes an ignition system, an air supply system, a monitoring system, a fuel system, an electrical control system, etc. The air supply system sends a certain amount of air into the combustion chamber. Its main components include a fan, impeller, casing, motor, damper controller, diffuser, etc. This article will introduce the burner in boiler auxiliary equipment in detail, helping you better understand its performance and structure.
