Wastewater treatment engineering - reclaimed water reuse process description:

After the wastewater is intercepted by the screen to remove large suspended solids, it flows into the regulating pool, where the water volume is regulated and homogenized. Then, it is lifted by a lifting pump through a hair collector to the biological contact oxidation pool, where organic matter is degraded by autotrophic aerobic microorganisms. After the wastewater passes through the contact oxidation pool, it flows to the sedimentation tank, where the biofilm and suspended solids that have fallen off in the bioreactor are removed by sedimentation. The effluent enters the intermediate water pool, which provides suction conditions for the lifting pump.

The water in the intermediate pool is lifted by a lifting pump to the mechanical filter for filtration to remove suspended matter from the wastewater. Then, it is further treated by an activated carbon filter to remove the chroma and residual organic pollutants in the water. The filtered water is disinfected and then enters the clear water pool, which is supplied to the point of use by a variable frequency system. The backwash water from the filter flows back to the regulating pool for reprocessing.
