The connection between the heat exchanger tube and the tube plate of the thermal net heater adopts strength welding and hydraulic expansion; the welding adopts argon arc welding, which is welded twice, and the arc starting of the second welding is at least 15° away from the starting arc of the first welding. Hydraulic expansion; For thicker tube plates, it can be inflated and moulded at once.

The anti-rush plate at the steam inlet adopts a special design with a large circumferential wrapping angle and a longitudinal full length. Under the condition of large steam flow, it has blocking and diversion steam to protect the instantaneous impact of the steam on the tube bundle.
