Storage-type floating tube heat exchanger

This heat exchanger is suitable for hot water supply systems in general industrial and civil buildings. When the heating medium is saturated steam, its steam pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa. When the heating medium is high-temperature water, the temperature is less than 150°C, and the pressure is less than 1.6 MPa. Due to the significant structural differences between steam-water heat transfer and water-water heat transfer, please specify the type of heating medium when selecting the design.
The design temperature of the heated water is equal to or less than 75°C.

Design Instructions

This heat exchanger is suitable for hot water supply systems in general industrial and civil buildings. When the heating medium is saturated steam, its steam pressure should be less than 0.6Mpa. When the heating medium is high-temperature water, the temperature is less than 150°C, and the pressure is less than 1.6Mpa. Due to the significant structural differences between steam-water heat transfer and water-water heat transfer, please specify the type of heating medium when selecting the design.

Technical Requirements for Heat Exchanger Use:
(1) The use of safety valves should comply with the provisions of the "Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" or design expansion water pipes.
(2) The heat exchanger should be inspected regularly, with thermal shock descaling performed once a month and water drained once a week to ensure clean water quality.
(3) The specific method of thermal shock descaling is as follows: drain the water in the shell, pass steam at a pressure of 0.3Mpa until there is a sound in the heating pipe, indicating that the heating pipe has expanded. Then, use a water pipe to impact the heating pipe bundle 3-4 times continuously from the impact pipe. Scale will continuously flow out from the drain port. Then, fill with cold water and resume operation.

The shell-side pressure drop is very small and can be ignored.

The temperature control system storage-type heat exchanger can be adjusted according to the temperature adjustment range proposed by the user, using a temperature regulator to meet the needs of all hot water supply systems.
No space for removing the tube bundle needs to be reserved in any direction; only general operating space is required around the equipment.

Performance Characteristics:
Using swirling floating purple copper tubes or stainless steel tubes, automatic descaling, thus increasing thermal efficiency.
Equipped with a temperature regulator to achieve automatic temperature control.
Large heat storage capacity, ensuring stable water supply during peak water demand.
During normal operation, the heating medium return water (condensate) temperature is low, less than 45°C.
