Heat Exchanger
Our company's high-efficiency threaded tube heat exchanger is selected. The heat exchange tube material uses S30408. It is developed based on the absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad and the heat transfer theory of conductive pipe materials. Due to the use of a special molding method, the heat transfer area is increased on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe, and the turbulent heat transfer effect of the heat medium on the outer surface of the pipe is increased. It has the characteristics of high heat transfer coefficient, not easy to scale, small water-side resistance, saving circulating power consumption, not easy to leak, small thermal stress, automatic compensation of temperature difference stress, stable operation, and low noise.
The steam-water heat exchanger heat exchange process is designed according to sufficient countercurrent flow, and a semi-closed drain cooling section is set. The condensate temperature is low, saving steam consumption. When selecting the heat exchanger, both the saturated steam condensation section and the drain cooling section are considered. That is, one heat exchanger achieves two-stage heat exchange: the upper part of the heat exchanger is the saturated steam condensation section; the lower part is the condensate water-water heat exchange.
Threaded Tube Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Process:
a. Threaded tube manufacturing: Using a fully automatic CNC special rolling mill, inner and outer roll rolling, and solution treatment to reduce processing stress. To ensure strength, stainless steel threaded tubes (1.0 mm) are used. Each spiral groove has a smooth circular arc transition, and the inner and outer parts are formed at once. Each heat exchange tube is subjected to eddy current flaw detection to ensure a 100% qualification rate for the heat exchange tubes.
b. Tube plate processing and manufacturing: The tube plate is formed by forging high-quality steel billets. After rough and fine machining, it is processed, perforated, and grooved at once using a double-headed automatic CNC tube plate deep-hole drilling machine and a large-scale vertical lathe. This ensures processing accuracy and product quality.
c. Welding process: The connection between the tube bundle and the tube plate adopts a welding and expansion manufacturing process. The welding uses a fully automatic argon arc welding machine, and the weld sampling inspection has a one-time pass rate of over 98%. For the welding of the tube and tube plate, to ensure that the minimum molten pool depth is two-thirds of the given tube wall thickness, sufficient filler metal is applied to ensure the reliability of the connection joint between the heat exchange tube and the tube plate. The expansion is carried out using a digital programmable hydraulic expanding machine and a flexible liquid bag expanding method to ensure the expansion quality.
The baffle plate uses a special mold to ensure that it is concentric with the tube plate, and the installation of the tube bundle uses a special jig for positioning.
The shell and flange are made using a submerged arc automatic welding machine to ensure welding quality and appearance quality.
