1. Unit Operating Process (Taking the Heating System as an Example)
The heat exchanger unit includes three parts: the primary side, the secondary side, and the make-up water system. The primary side is the heat source, and the secondary side is the heat user. Steam or high-temperature water is sent to the plate heat exchanger unit at the required flow rate for the heating system under the control of the temperature control valve. The heat exchanger heats the heating (air conditioning) return water of the heat user through indirect heat exchange. The heated water first flows through a stainless steel core strainer, then passes through the circulation pump, is heated in the heat exchanger, and is then supplied to the user, repeating the cycle.
