1. Unit Operating Process (Taking the Heating System as an Example)
The heat exchanger unit includes three parts: the primary side, the secondary side, and the make-up water system. The primary side is the heat source, and the secondary side is the heat use side. Steam or high-temperature water is sent into the plate heat exchanger unit according to the required flow rate of the heating system under the control of the temperature control valve. The heat exchanger uses indirect heat exchange to heat the heating (air conditioning) return water of the heat user; the heated water first flows through the stainless steel core descaling device, then passes through the circulation pump, and is heated in the heat exchanger before being supplied to the user, repeating the cycle.
