Product Introduction
The NZG series of automatic water supply devices has been widely used in residential, office, scientific research, hotels, hospitals, cinemas and other civil buildings, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, for life, production and fire-fighting water supply systems. The NZP series is widely used in hot water supply, hot water heating, community central heating and air conditioning systems for floor-standing expansion tanks.
Mainly applicable to:
1. Production, life and fire-fighting water supply systems in industrial and civil buildings.
2. Pressure stabilization and water replenishment for hot water supply, hot water heating and air conditioning systems.
3. As a water hammer noise elimination device in high-rise building water supply systems.
4. Fountains, forests or agricultural irrigation systems in tourism facilities and tourist attractions.
5. Submersible pumps and deep-well pumps can be used to extract groundwater for production, life and fire-fighting systems.
6. Ideal equipment for rural tap water; can also be used as temporary water supply equipment for construction and mobile operations.
Main features
● The tank is equipped with a non-toxic rubber bladder, and the water and gas do not come into contact, ensuring that the water quality is not contaminated by the outside world. When used in heating systems with deoxygenation facilities, it can prevent oxygen corrosion.
● Good sealing performance, one-time inflation can be used for a long time.
● Can automatically eliminate water hammer and noise in the pipe network.
● Can replace high-level water tanks and water towers in life, fire protection, heating and air conditioning systems, which is beneficial to structural earthquake resistance and building aesthetics.
● Small footprint, low investment, fast installation, convenient operation and maintenance.
● System pressure can be set according to user requirements.
Working principle
Taking the NZG series floor-standing expansion tank as an example, its working principle is explained as follows. The NZG series equipment consists of a pressure tank, a constant-pressure water replenishment tank, an electrical control cabinet, a pressure controller, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, valves and pipelines, forming a complete automatic constant-pressure water replenishment device. The pneumatic water tank consists of two inner and outer chambers, the inner chamber (inside the rubber bladder) is the water chamber, and the outer chamber (between the rubber bladder and the equipment shell) is the nitrogen-filled air chamber.
This equipment uses the system static pressure as the initial design pressure head P1 in the expansion tank, and uses the pressure that ensures that the hot water in the system does not vaporize as the terminal operating pressure head P2 in the expansion tank. During initial operation, the water replenishment pump is first started to fill the system and the water chamber in the pressure tank with water. After the system is filled, the excess water is squeezed into the bladder. Due to the incompressibility of water, as the water volume increases, the volume of the water chamber also expands and compresses the air chamber, and the pressure in the tank continuously increases. When the pressure reaches the design pressure, the pressure controller stops the water replenishment pump. When the water in the system expands due to heating and the system pressure rises above the design pressure, the excess water is discharged to the water replenishment tank through the safety valve for recycling. When the water in the system shrinks due to leakage or temperature decrease, the system pressure decreases, and the water in the bladder is continuously pressed into the pipe network to supplement the system's pressure drop loss. When the system pressure drops to the minimum allowable design pressure, the pressure controller restarts the water replenishment pump to replenish water to the pipe network and the pressure tank. This cycle completes the function of the high-level expansion tank, while avoiding vacuum or water shortage, ensuring water flow, and pressure is always stable.
