Product Introduction
Fully automatic variable frequency water supply equipment directly utilizes the pressure from the municipal pipe network for direct water supply. It is generally suitable for areas with slightly higher pressure in the municipal pipe network or areas near water plants with higher pressure. The disadvantage is that the water volume and pressure cannot be guaranteed. However, for smaller scale pipe networks, this water supply scheme has good economic performance. No other equipment or measures are needed.
Water Tank Water Supply
The variable frequency water supply equipment draws water from the municipal pipe network to the roof water tank. Then, relying on the height difference between the water tank and the water appliances, gravity is used for water supply. This overcomes the instability of water pressure and volume. However, due to the potential secondary pollution of the water tank, and because the water tank is large, this method is not recommended. In the combined water tank and pipe network system, when the water volume and pressure are sufficient, water is supplied directly from the municipal network. When the pressure is excessive, excess water enters the roof water tank. When the pressure or water volume is insufficient, the water tank automatically supplies water to users by gravity. The physical structure is simply the main pipe of the normal direct water supply extended to the top to connect to the water tank, and an outlet pipe is set up from the water tank. This scheme reduces the volume of the water tank and eliminates the step of all water entering and staying in the water tank.
Hygiene and reliability are increased. However, the problem is that if there is long-term stable pressure water supply (which current municipal pipe networks can achieve), the residence time of water in the tank is greatly increased, making it easier to be polluted. Moreover, in all systems using water tanks, the water tank must be placed at the highest point of the building, which may affect the building's aesthetics or even the structural design in some cases.
Pneumatic Tank Water Supply
Due to the safety concerns of water tanks, fully automatic variable frequency water supply equipment uses a sealed and reliable pneumatic tank instead. Moreover, the pneumatic tank does not need to be placed at a high position, which does not affect the building's aesthetics and structural load-bearing capacity. It has become very popular in recent years. However, the pneumatic tank system requires the cooperation of a water pump and an automatic control system, increasing the cost. However, in recent years, its market price has made it an option for many users. The principle of the pneumatic tank system is to use a water pump to pressurize water into the building's internal pipe network. When the pressure is too high, the water enters the pneumatic tank. When a certain pressure is reached, the water pump stops or slows down; when the pressure is lower than the specified value, the pneumatic tank supplies water outward while simultaneously starting or accelerating the water pump (variable frequency water pump).
Secondary Pressurization Type
For small-scale users such as single buildings, the pneumatic tank system can cope. However, current residential areas are developing towards a more community-based approach, mainly characterized by the clustered arrangement of multi-story buildings and centralized pressure stabilization. The capacity of the pneumatic tank is not enough to meet the requirements. Therefore, a method of using centralized water pump pressurization as the main method and pneumatic tank pressure stabilization (eliminating system water hammer) as a supplementary method has emerged. However, economic costs have increased, and specialized personnel are required for maintenance. In addition, because the number of floors in the pipe network system is not many, it is a low-pressure pipeline, and the layers can be directly connected to the users by dividing the layers.
