Product Features
The features of the LDFN series microprocessor-controlled sodium ion exchanger are:
1. The core component of the equipment, the multi-functional rotary valve, is made of corrosion-resistant materials, and is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. The sealing of the valve automatically adjusts according to the working pressure and the amount of wear on the sliding surface, preventing liquid penetration and leakage. When the liquid is cut off, the valve automatically resets, increasing the gap between the sliding surfaces and reducing friction. Long-term operation, no wear and tear, no leakage, long service life.
2. Automatic control saves manpower and fundamentally solves the problem of unstable water quality caused by manual control.
3. During softening operation, the raw water flows from bottom to top, and the exchanger layer in the column is in a floating state. The raw water and the exchanger are in full contact, which is conducive to softening exchange.
4. The softened water quality is good, the residual hardness is low, and the softening can reach 0 ~ 0.03 mmol/L.
5. During regeneration, the brine flows downwards, the regeneration degree is high, and the salt consumption is low.
6. The equipment can be automatically controlled and manually controlled, which is convenient to use.

Equipment Composition
The equipment consists of three major systems: exchange, brine, and automatic control. The exchange system consists of two exchange columns. The brine system includes two salt tanks, one salt valve, and one rotor flow meter. The system for transporting brine using an injector consists of one salt tank, one injector, and one rotor flow meter. The automatic control system consists of a microprocessor water treatment controller (referred to as a microcontroller), a multi-functional rotary valve (referred to as a rotary valve), a low-speed motor, and a solenoid valve. The equipment is divided into an integrated type (exchange columns and salt tanks are installed on two separate base frames).
