The entire system uses a fully automatic multi-way valve and control cabinet for automatic control. The floating bed column control system adopts a one-use-one-backup approach, and can be switched to manual control in emergencies. The system can alarm and shut down for protection when the water pressure is higher or lower than the rated working pressure. The whole machine needs to achieve unattended operation.
The primary control logic of the water treatment system is controlled by the water tank level signal to start and stop. When the water tank reaches a low level, the water treatment system starts; when it reaches a high level, the water treatment system stops. The floating bed and salt solution system can ensure that the two columns work alternately, automatically producing water continuously.
The water treatment system is equipped with water pressure monitoring. The secondary control logic controls the start and stop of the booster pump by the water pressure. When the tap water pressure is sufficient to meet the operation of the water treatment system and can transport the water to the water tank, the booster pump automatically shuts down, the bypass solenoid valve opens, and the water enters the floating bed system through the bypass. When the water pressure is insufficient, the booster pump automatically starts, the bypass solenoid valve closes, and the water enters the floating bed system after being pressurized by the booster pump.
The salt solution system automatically delivers salt solution to the floating bed system according to the regeneration needs. The salt solution tank is equipped with level monitoring, automatically supplementing tap water to the salt solution tank when the level is low; the salt solution tank is equipped with salt solution density monitoring, and when the salt solution density decreases, the salt solution mixing pump and salt dissolving mixing process are started. If the concentration is still not reached, it automatically alarms.
The system is equipped with online automatic detection of effluent hardness. When the hardness is high, the regeneration process of the floating bed system is automatically started. If the hardness continues to increase, the system automatically stops and alarms.
