Product Introduction
The comprehensive water treatment unit is designed for various circulating water systems to address four common problems: corrosion, scaling, algae, and water quality. It replaces the need for multiple units to achieve water treatment, thus replacing traditional methods. It uses high-tech differential shielding effects and multi-point array combinations. It cleverly solves the major problems of mutual interference and constraints between various spectrums and corona effect fields, with comprehensive water quality optimization, anti-scaling, anti-corrosion, sterilization, algae-killing, and ultra-clean filtration functions. It features a mechatronic design, utilizing a purely physical method without chemical reagents, boasting low resistance and high flow rate. Furthermore, its operating costs are extremely low, and it's easy to operate and maintain, making it the optimal choice for various water systems.

Working Principle
The comprehensive water treatment unit mainly consists of a high-quality carbon steel body, a specially structured stainless steel component, a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, a corona field generator, and a drainage device. Through the three-in-one integrated filtration system of an active iron filter membrane, a mechanical variable diameter pore barrier, and a corona effect field, it adsorbs and concentrates hardness substances and composite scales formed in various water systems under actual operating conditions, reducing their concentration and controlling fouling and most hardness. By converting specific frequency energy to the treated medium (water) via a transducer, electromagnetic polarized water is created, causing the arrangement order and position of alkaline scale ions to become distorted. When the water temperature rises to a certain degree, the treated water requires some time to return to its original state. During this stage, the probability of scaling is very low, thus achieving the purpose of controlling the formation of hardness scale. At the same time, metal ions on the wall are inhibited, providing anti-corrosion protection for the scaling-free system. In addition, electromagnetic polarized water can effectively kill bacteria and algae in the water, effectively inhibiting the reproduction of microorganisms in the water. Therefore, under normal operating conditions, the comprehensive water treatment unit can achieve comprehensive functions of anti-scaling, anti-corrosion, algae removal, ultra-clean filtration, and water quality control.
