They are also equipped with a make-up water system, a pressure stabilization system, a variable frequency flow control system, heat metering, and a network communication control system. The heat exchanger unit automatically and continuously converts the heat obtained from the primary network into the hot water and heating water needed by users. That is, hot water (or steam) enters the plate heat exchanger from the primary side inlet, undergoes heat exchange, and flows out from the primary side outlet. The secondary return water, after having impurities removed by the filter, enters the plate heat exchanger through the secondary circulation pump to perform heat exchange, producing hot water of different temperatures for heating, air conditioning, or floor heating, etc., to meet user needs.

Basic Functions of Heat Exchanger Units

1. Temperature Regulation Control: The circulating water flow remains unchanged, and the heating temperature is automatically adjusted according to changes in the ambient temperature so that the heating capacity matches the system load, saving heat energy.

2. Flow Regulation Control: The heating temperature remains unchanged, and the circulating water flow is automatically adjusted according to changes in the ambient temperature and the supply and return water pressure difference so that the heating capacity matches the system load, saving electrical energy.

3. Make-up Water Pressure Control: A pressure sensor measures the system pressure and compares it to the set pressure at the return water port to automatically start or stop the make-up water pump or adjust its speed to stabilize the system pressure and maintain normal system operation. The pressure control range is determined according to the design requirements.

4. Condensate Recovery Control: A liquid level controller automatically turns the condensate pump on or off based on the changes in the water tank level, automatically sending the condensate back to the boiler room for recycling to reduce the waste of softened water and heat. The condensate level control range is determined at the factory.
